Global’s Clatskanie Terminal, also called the Columbia Pacific Bio Refinery (CPBR), is a rail transloading terminal located in Columbia County, Oregon on 45 acres. The terminal is supplied via rail and loaded out over a Panamax ship dock. This facility also has a currently idled 100 mmg ethanol production plant with rail to support feedstock and bioproducts.
