Global is seeking a permit modification to correct the previous permit and to conform to current emission calculation methods. No actual physical changes are proposed to operations. In accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:1C, an Environmental Justice Impact Statement (EJIS) was submitted for the project. The EJIS evaluates the potential impact of the modification on environmental and public health stressors in the community. Though there is an increase in potential emissions from the modification, no actual physical changes are proposed and actual emissions will not change as a result of the modification. The modification is not expected to have a significant impact on or contribute to the identified adverse stressors in the community.
Public Meeting Information
In accordance with N.J. Admin. Code § 7:1C-4.2, Global intends to hold an in-person Public Information Session from 6PM to 8PM on Monday June 1st, 2026 at the Linden Public Library in the Columbia Bank Room. There will also be an option to participate virtually via Microsoft Teams.
