The need for a cleaner, more sustainable future is undeniable. At Global, we're working to contribute to the solution.
As a founding member of Project Carbon Freedom, we actively work to advance clean energy legislation and increase the use of renewable liquid heating fuel, known as Bioheat. We've invested in low-carbon fuels and a voluntary carbon offset program, installed EV fast charging stations at our convenience stores, and now offer consulting services to assist our customers in finding products to help work toward their sustainability goals.
We're excited by the exploration of new possibilities for sustainable practices, both internally and with partners. That includes encouraging logistics providers to adopt lower carbon fuels, transforming the used cooking oil and grease from our food services into renewable energy with Lifecycle Renewables, and more.
