Inwood Title V Air Permit Renewal and Modification

Global’s Inwood Terminal located in Inwood, NY operates under a Title V air permit from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC). Global has submitted a permit renewal and modification application that includes some changes to the facility. The changes include the installation of new control equipment at the truck loading rack that will substantially reduce air emissions. As we move forward, we look forward to working with the community and the Department of Environmental Conservation.

Proposed changes include:

• New Vapor Recovery Unit. The installation of a new more efficient Vapor Recovery Unit (VRU) with vacuum assist technology at the truck loading rack.
• Increasing potential annual facility gasoline throughput. The annual facility cap for gasoline throughput is increasing from 450 million gallons to 603 million gallons. The increased throughput will not increase emissions due to the more efficient VRU.
