Information on our permit application

Global Partners is seeking a New Source Review (NSR) air permit for modifications at our New Haven Terminal, located at 500 Waterfront Street, New Haven, Conn. The project includes transitioning Tank 123 to gasoline service and upgrading the terminal’s distribution infrastructure.

These enhancements are designed to improve efficiency while maintaining strict compliance with environmental regulations.

We are committed to transparency and will update this webpage upon submittal of the NSR permit application and as new information becomes available, including public meeting details and opportunities for community input.

Public Meeting Recordings

Global Partners LP held public information meetings on June 23 and 24 as part of the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection's Environmental Justice process regarding the proposed New Haven Terminal modifications. The presentation detailed project specifics, environmental commitments, and provided clear, accessible information about the project and the company's application for a New Source Review permit. The informational session concluded with a question-and-answer period where residents could share feedback and receive direct responses from the company representatives.
