Global Partners Has Largest Class of Summer Interns for 2022 Summer Intern Program

Global Partners held another successful internship program this year. Thirty-two students spent 10 weeks with 19 different Global departments. They were given the opportunity to gain skills and exposure working full-time and had the same flexible work options as full-time employees. In addition to their day-to-day work, they had the opportunity to:

  • Attend weekly lunch and learn sessions with executives
  • Participate in a personal development workshop
  • Work on a group research project for the end of the program and present their findings to our executive team
  • Take field trips to our terminals and stores

Global Partners Stepped Up to the Plate to Support New Windsor Little League

In 2021, the New Windsor Little League faced a year of challenges that left the team without the resources to prepare for the season. Global Partners saw the need to help and sponsored $1,000 for the league and paid for all the sponsorship signs, allowing all $3,500 raised to go directly to the league. Global Partners, supporters raise more than $352,000 for Cystic Fibrosis | Multiple Sclerosis Fund

At its annual multiday Cape Event, Global Partners and a wide range of supporters helped raise more than $352,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis|Multiple Sclerosis Fund. Held this year in Falmouth, Mass., June 2-3, the event featured golfing and fishing options, a silent auction, a cocktail hour, dinner and an inspirational presentation. Global Partners Donates $182,500 to 365 Schools Across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic

Continuing its commitment to investing in local communities, Global Partners has donated $182,000 to 365 schools throughout New England, New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland.

The donations, which come from Global’s collaboration with ExxonMobil and its partnership with Educational Alliance, will specifically help fund Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) programs in the schools. Innovative microgrid adds solar power, resiliency to Alltown Fresh in Massachusetts

An Alltown Fresh convenience store in Ayers, Mass., can now charge electric vehicles and stay powered during outages thanks to a cutting-edge, solar-powered microgrid that’s been installed at the site.
