Kristin Seabrook
Chief Legal Officer
Kristin Seabrook is Chief Legal Officer of Global Partners, where she oversees enterprise legal, corporate compliance, environmental, health and safety (EHS), and fuels compliance functions. She joined Global Partners in 2025, previously serving as Senior Vice President of Legal Transformation.
Kristin brings nearly 20 years of experience from Pilot Travel Centers LLC, where she held the roles of Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Counsel, and Secretary. In that capacity, she led the legal function, advising on corporate governance, major transactions, regulatory and compliance matters, litigation, and government investigations.
During her tenure, Kristin built and scaled a high-performing legal organization and played a key role in complex financings, large-scale acquisitions, and enterprise-wide risk and compliance initiatives. Earlier in her career, she practiced law at Butler, Vines & Babb and served as a Deputy District Attorney in Clark County, Nevada.
Kristin holds a JD/MBA from the University of Richmond School of Law and dual bachelor’s degrees in Business and Political Science from Virginia Tech. She lives with her husband and two daughters.
