Katie Florio is the Operations Manager for Global’s bulk delivered sales to public and private end-users. Since joining Global in 2013, she has played a key role in ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer service across a complex and fast-paced environment.

Katie brings a background in accounting and business, having worked for an accounting temp agency while pursuing her MBA. She thrives on the variety each day brings and is energized by the ongoing opportunities to learn and problem-solve. Above all, she finds inspiration in the dedication and collaboration of the team around her.
