Global Partners Named to Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces List for Second Consecutive Year
Independent recognition highlights company's commitment to employee engagement and workplace culture
Waltham, Mass. (June 10, 2026) –
Global Partners, a leading independent liquid energy supplier and retail operator, has been named one of America's Greatest Workplaces (AGW) for 2026 by Newsweek, marking the company's second consecutive year earning the distinction. The recognition reflects independent feedback from employees and workplace data collected through third-party sources, underscoring Global’s ongoing commitment to fostering an engaged, high-performing workplace culture. No data was sourced from the company’s own surveys.
"This recognition reflects the commitment, hard work, and spirit of our teammates across the organization," said Heather Hampton, Vice President of Talent at Global Partners. "We are proud to be recognized for the second consecutive year, and we remain focused on creating an environment where people can grow, contribute, and do their best work."
Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group produce the annual America's Greatest Workplaces ranking to recognize companies where employee engagement comes naturally. Now in its fourth year, the ranking involved an assessment of publicly accessible data, more than 400,000 employee interviews and more than 4.9 million comprehensive company reviews collected over the last three years. Respondents provided insights on corporate culture, working conditions and other aspects of their employers. The evaluation also drew on a database of more than 120 key performance indicators, including leadership, integrity, compensation and work-life balance scores, provided by third-party data partner Aniline.
