About this terminal
Our Clatskanie terminal, also called the Columbia Pacific Bio Refinery (CPBR), is a rail transloading terminal located in Columbia County, Oregon on 45 acres. The terminal is supplied via rail and loaded out over a Panamax ship dock. This facility also has a currently idled 100 mmg ethanol production plant (the largest in the country) with rail to support feedstock and bioproducts.
Since 2020 this terminal has handled Renewable fuels for the Pacific Northwest market and beyond.
