Global Partners Mourns the Loss of Executive Vice President and General Counsel Edward J. Faneuil

WALTHAM, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–
It is with profound sadness that Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP) today announced that Edward J. Faneuil, the Partnership’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, died suddenly on May 17, 2021. He was 68.

“Eddie was a treasured colleague, friend and member of the Global family for three decades, and we are deeply saddened by his unexpected passing,” said Richard Slifka, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Partnership’s general partner, Global GP LLC.

Global Partners Gets the Go-Ahead for Renewable Diesel in Oregon

With support from state regulators and the local community, Global Partners is moving forward with plans to begin transloading renewable diesel at its terminal on the Columbia River in Clatskanie, Oregon.
