Christopher Mora
Christopher Mora serves as Director of Development for Real Estate Ventures at Global Partners, where he oversees non-petroleum projects from initial feasibility through planning, permitting, design, and construction.
Mr. Mora began his career as a structural engineer in California, where he practiced for 12 years. After relocating to the East Coast, he transitioned into real estate development with Dakota Partners, focusing on Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects from permitting through placed-in-service. He later joined The Davis Companies, where he worked on a broad range of commercial real estate developments, including high-rise luxury condominiums, multifamily residential properties, and industrial buildings, managing projects from acquisition and planning through construction and transition into operations. Mr. Mora has developed over 600 units of housing and over 2 million square feet of industrial space.
Mr. Mora holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
