Michael Lane

Michael Lane is the Director of Real Estate Ventures at Global Partners, where he leads the sourcing, financing, structuring, and execution of non-petroleum real estate investment and development opportunities. He oversees the full lifecycle of these investments, including the repositioning and redevelopment of select portfolio assets for alternative uses.

Before joining Global, Michael was a Senior Associate in Investments and Asset Management at The Davis Companies, a Boston-based real estate investment firm. There, he sourced and structured investments for the firm’s value-add funds and managed a diverse portfolio of commercial assets through various stages of development and operations. Prior to Davis, Michael was an Analyst at Eastdil Secured, where he contributed to the successful closing of nearly $6 billion in equity and debt transactions.

Michael holds a B.S. in Management from Boston College, graduating cum laude with concentrations in Finance and Managing for Social Impact and the Public Good. He is a board member of Boston’s Real Estate & Finance Association and co-chair of its Emerging Leaders Committee.
