Laura Derba is Senior Vice President of Retail Operations at Global, where she leads day-to-day strategy, growth, and innovation across the company’s convenience store network. With a “guest first” mindset, she focuses on supporting field teams to deliver exceptional experiences in the communities Global serves.

With more than 35 years of retail experience, including 26 years at Whole Foods Market—10 of those in executive leadership—Laura brings a deep passion for hospitality, fresh food, and community connection. A self-described natural foodie, she believes food is medicine and champions clean-label innovation. Her work is driven by the belief that when you exceed expectations through quality, transparency, and care, you can accomplish anything.
