COVID-19 Response

Like you, Global Partners has been closely monitoring, adapting to and responding to COVID-19. Our first priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities.

As we continue to navigate the COIVD-19 world, Global Partners’ commitment to our employees, guests, customers, and the communities where we live and work is at the forefront of our response.

Global’s extensive network of convenience stores, gas stations, and terminals across the Northeast continues to aid in the economic recovery by providing essential goods and services with enhanced safety measures and hygiene protocols.

In our convenience stores and gas stations, guests can expect a number of measures to keep them and our associates safe. These include social distancing aided by floor decals to ensure safe spacing, enhanced sanitation measures, as well as Plexiglass guards and contactless cash handling. Additionally, guests can continue to enjoy offerings from our Alltown Fresh market with curbside delivery.

At our terminal locations, we have implemented updated procedures to ensure the safe distribution and delivery of our products. Employees, vendors, and customers continue to maintain social distancing and participate in enhanced hygiene procedures.

Office based employees have been invited back to Global facilities on a voluntary basis as we begin a staged reopening. Stage One allows for up to 25-percent occupancy. Enhanced safety measures such as reduced occupancy, increased distance between work spaces, one way aisles and walkways, and expanded sanitization protocols are in place. Additionally, employees are participating in daily health and temperature screenings, as well as adhering to face covering guidelines.

Global continues to follow state and local guidelines and remains vigilant of any changes. Updates and adaptations to our protocols will be made as necessary to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.

We recognize this outbreak continues to impact daily lives, and the uncertainty is unsettling. We are committed to supporting our communities through this unprecedented time. As a neighbor we have increased our local giving in many of our communities, providing food and other basic necessities to first responders, elderly care facilities, Boys and Girls clubs and many other groups that are helping our communities get through these difficult times.
